1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Agent Solutions PR LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Agent Solutions PR LLC offers social media management services, including but not limited to:

*Social media account management (Facebook, Instagram)

*Content creation (property posts, educational posts)

*Ad creation and management

*Performance tracking and reporting

*Branding support (e.g., logo creation)

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the necessary access to social media accounts and any other materials (e.g., property images and write-ups) required for content creation. Clients must also approve content within the stipulated time frame and notify us of any changes to the properties listed. Failure to do so may result in delayed content publishing.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for the services as per the pricing plan they have selected. Payments will be billed monthly. We accept payments via Stripe and ATH Móvil. Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, services will be paused until payment is made.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods or unused services.

6. Revisions and Changes

Clients are entitled to two free revisions per post. Any additional revisions will incur a $15 fee per revision. Any changes to these Terms of Service will be communicated to clients via email and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the services. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect indefinitely after the termination of any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agent Solutions PR LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided, nor for any loss of data or account suspension due to third-party actions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Solutions PR LLC from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising out of their use of our services or the content provided by them.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, with jurisdiction in the courts of Humacao, Puerto Rico.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of Humacao, Puerto Rico.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website.
